- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alteration to provide improvements to an existing (rear) dwelling unit at 2823 Victoria Drive of this existing, 2-storey, 2 family dwelling building on this site. Interior alterations scope of work includes: removing the kitchen on the 2nd floor and relocating it to the 1st floor, removing the bathroom on the 1st floor and relocating it to the 2nd floor where the kitchen use to be, removing the washer/dryer on the 1st floor and relocating it to the new washroom on the 2nd floor, installation of new sprinkler heads, and removal of gas fireplace, removal of non-loadbearing walls on the 1st floor, and new lighting. Exterior alterations scope of work includes: replacing one window with safety glass for a bathroom on the second floor. Note: 1) Schedule B (Structural) may be required by District Building Inspector to be determined on site. 2) Scope of work to include energy upgrade in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law. Building envelope air sealing and upgrading attic insulation are required. 3) Bar Sink is removed from the 1st Floor. Okay for Field Review per E. Kai, March 30, 2017.
