Field Review - Addition / Alteration - (659 E Broadway) Interior alterations to demise 651 E Broadway into two units (to be 651 and 659 E Broadway) by closing an opening and Change of use of approximately 1,146 sf of Social Service Centre to Beauty Salon, and provide improvements for new Beauty Salon tenant in this existing mixed-use building. Scope of work includes converting existing washroom into laundry room, retaining one existing washroom as accessible. OK for field review as per Adrian Cashato, July 31, 2017 Note: 1. OK for DB for change of use as per Ben Ostrander, July 25, 2017 2. OK to convert a convenient washroom to laundry room as per Joy Chen as one universal washroom is required for new Beauty Salon tenant, August 11, 2017. 3. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows. 4. Separate permit will be required for future tenant improvements at 651 E Broadway. 5. 659 E Broadway to be posted as shown on the approved plans and clearly visible from the suite entry prior to final inspection. 6. Small suite upgrades as per VBL 2014 11.2.1.2 requires minimum two layers gypsum on suite side of demising walls. Energy upgrade exempt: Base Building - built to 90.1-2007 or better
