- Disconnect and abandon all existing Kytec piping Install approved oxi PEX piping and fittings for the boiler heating loop repiping. All existing baseboards on the second floor shall remain in service with the same zoning. Main floor heating zone shall be repiped to new baseboards as follows: 1 x 8ft Slant/Fin baseboard to serve the kitchen. 1 x 2ft Slant/Fin baseboard to serve the powder room. 2 x 6ft Slant/Fin baseboards to serve the living room. Repipe from the mechanical closet to each newly installed baseboard on the main floor and to each existing baseboard on the second floor.
