New laundry, kitchen, bedroom, rec room, and bathrooms). Addressing notes: 4905 Marguerite St - northeast portion basement/cellar, 1st & 2nd storey (existing principal dwelling unit) 4909 Marguerite St - west and southeast portions basement/cellar (secondary suite) Addresses have been assigned per the approved plans, access to the secondary suite is from the south side. This access must be provided & maintained at all times and the building addresses posted to be visible from the street in accordance with the Building By-law. Note: 1. Structural foundation detail to be submitted to District Building Inspector if under-pinning is required. 2. Dampproofing to comply with Vancouver Building By-law requirements; Letters of Assurance may be required. 3. Structural and Geotechnical Schedule B submitted by F. Mui 778.838.3484 Should the existing foundation have to be lowered to accommodate the crawlspace conversion to a full depth basement or cellar then additional structural engineered drawings and revised Schedule B will need to be provided. Furthermore, any such work will require re-evaluation of the project costs and additional fees may be required.
