Exterior alterations to remove the work without permit rear deck and to provide a new 4'-0" deep by 7'-8" wide rear landing with guardrails to comply with VBBL 2014, 9.8. Address note: 5275 Chester Street - Main Floor (principal dwelling unit) 5277 Chester Street - Basement (secondary suite) Address has been assigned per the approved plans as the access to the suite is via South side walkway. This access must be provided & maintained at all times; the address must be posted to be visible from the street AND posted by the suite entry in accordance with the Building By-law. Structural Schedule B and or sealed structural drawings to be determined by the the Building Inspector onsite for widening of the doors. OK for Field Review as per Eli Zienty, August 21, 2017.
