Description

Enquiry Centre - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alterations and a change of use from a one family dwelling to a one family dwelling with secondary suite with one parking spaces provided. Scope of work to include energy upgrade in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law. Building envelope air sealing and upgrading attic insulation are required.
