Description

High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide elevator upgrades to four (4) elevators in this existing 31-storey hotel building for CSA-B44-07 upgrade. Scope of work: - Installation of automatic emergency elevator recall in accordance with Bulletin 2008-002-BU/EL. - Modernization of elevator equipment. - Installation of a manual elevator recall panel with cab phone in the building lobby. - Installation/replacement of smoke detectors and heat detectors. - Replacement of lighting and power in elevator machine room and elevator pits. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. Related Electrical Permit EP-2017-07102. 2. Fire Safety Plan and or Operations Manual to be updated to show alterations.
