REVISION #2 (Aug 27, 2019): Related to M/A DP-2018-00561 - Contractor is changed from Vertu Construction Ltd (left from the project on Nov 15, 2018) to Creek's Edge Development Ltd. - Changed landscape, water feature, and exterior stairs layout at the south side and on-grade terrace, stairs, chimney, and planter layout on southwest side of the site. - Relocated exterior hot tub and changed pool deck design. - Added a window and a skylight, changed roof elevation of the ancillary building. - Changed A/C unit location. - Replaced Batt insulation with spray foam insulation in flat roofs and roof decks. - Replaced Sch D-1 by M. Emanuel with one by T.J. Carman in the same company (Spratt Emanuel Engineering Ltd).
