- Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Exterior/interior alterations and to convert the existing attached garage to livable area and remove the existing covered roof over the existing parking space as per the Board of Variance No.Z35092 dated June 13th 2017 and was ALLOWED thereby granting relaxation of section 11.24.15 (Laneway House provision) of the Zoning and Development By-law and the Floor Space Ratio (FSR) regulations of the RS-1 District Schedule and overturning the decision of the Director of Planning subject to the following conditions: (1) That the Board of Variance approved the floor area relaxation for the conversion of the existing attached garage (Laneway House) into new livable area (new floor area) within the Laneway House; (2) That the (1) parking space must be provided adjacent to the Laneway House in accordance with the Boards decision on June 13th 2017. Note: Energy efficiency upgrade to be in conformance with Table 11.2.1.4 and Vancouver Building By-law. Work and any material access from rear lane only.
