Description

Enquiry Centre - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to convert existing 450 sf of crawlspace into habitable area on the basement level of the existing single family dwelling building on this site. The scope of work includes to add two new windows on the north elevation, remove unauthorized cover over the deck and the removal of concrete area of 273 sf at the rear yard.
