Kitchen System Notes: 1. Class 1 cooking operations (Grease-Laden Vapours). 2. Commercial kitchen exhaust system to NFPA 96 (Type 1 hood). REVISION #1: Revision to lower level entrance steps and ramp. Cladding of the North patio walls & soffit has been changed from cedar to aluminum. Cladding of the Level 2 patio entrance has been changed from cedar to aluminum. Changes to mechanical shaft separation of kitchen exhaust ducts. The kitchen HVAC system has been revised to a dedicated heat recovery system and make-up air units. Section 4.4.1 of the Code Report (Exterior Cladding and Soffit at North Face) has been deleted due to material change from combustible to noncombustible cladding.
