Note: 1) 889 East Cordova East Cordova Street is expanding into 891 East Cordova Street; retaining 889 East Cordova Street. 2) 891 East Cordova Street will be cancelled upon permit issuance and is to be removed from the building/suite entry. 3) 889 East Cordova Street street to be posted as shown on the approved plans; and clearly visible from the street/suite entry prior to final inspection. 4) Separate permit(s) and ASHRAE checklist will be required for future tenant improvements for this new wholesale shell space. 5) Schedule B (Structural) may be required by District Building Inspector to be determined on site.
