Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to the west unit in this existing two-family dwelling building to renovate the kitchen on the main floor, the master bathroom on the upper floor. Scope of work includes: relocation of the stove and fridge, relocation of non-loadbearing partition walls in the bathroom/walk-in closet area, and addition of a new washer/dryer in the master closet. Scope of work to include rainscreen assemblies for building envelope repair. Letter of Assurance submitted by: Architectural & Structural Schedule B & Schedule D-1, Alfredo Jo, 604.520.6456 Energy efficiency upgrade to be in conformance with Table 11.2.1.4. of the Vancouver Building By-law (bldg. air sealing) Related to DP-2018-00349 Landscape Review Notes: No landscape alterations proposed. Contractor is responsible for protecting trees in proximity to any work per City of Vancouver tree protection standards; all landscaping impacted by incidental pedestrian / scaffolding traffic to be made good; Director of Planning reserves the right to order the submission of a re-landscape plan, subject to review. No tree removals authorized. Contractor is responsible for tree protection. No heavy machinery or storage of materials or equipment permitted under the dripline of any street trees. Any damage will be the responsibility of the owner/ contractor.
