Scope of work includes removal of convenience stair and interconnected floor space connecting 3rd and 4th Floor amenity spaces, upgrading accessible washrooms on Level 4 to meet the current accessibility provisions (A4 upgrade), installation of demising walls on Level 1 to provide a separate entrance from 672 Granville St. at the West corner of the building, with replacement of exterior storefront door, and installation of new escalators, a freight elevator, a passenger elevator, and convenience stairs from Levels 1 to 3.
