Note: This building was designed to the 2014 VBBL. Foundations of this building are designed in accordance with requirements of Part 4 of VBBL 2014 for 6 storey office building with retails on the first floor. The units at L1 and L2 shall be provided with water closets at TI application stage. BP Stages issued: 26- Nov-2021- Stage I - Excavation and Shoring 18-Mar-2022- Stag II - Foundation to Grade (Structural only) 14-Nov-2022- Stag III - Full Permit BP Revisions issued: 23-Sep-2022 - Rev#1 - Changes to ESC Drawings. 02-Apr-2024 - Rev#2 - Changes to A/M/E/CC drawings; Related to: DP-2022-00400 & DP-2023-00895. The project description was updated to reflect the following major changes: 1. To delete high-rise measures. 2. To remove reference to future Phase II. Level 5 & 6 will not be constructed. 3. To reduce number of retail units at Level 1 from 8 to 6, and interconnect the gallery/retail lobby at Level 1 with the second floor gallery/ retail space (Group E). 4. To provide ducts for commercial cooking; refer to mechanical and architectural drawings for details. 22-May -2024 - Rev#3 Interior alterations at Level 3 - okay to be processed as BP Rev#3 per Kelly Anderson. Change of major occupancy of second floor from retail (Group E) to gallery only (Group A-2). Retail use is NOT permitted on the second floor.
