- Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations and change of use from Beauty Salon (D) to Retail Limited Food (E) in this one storey plus basement commercial building on this site. Scope of work includes: alterations to reduce the number of light fixtures within the suite space and limiters to be installed for the track lighting. Okay for Field Review per. S. Cowdell. Note: 1) No more than 16 seats of any kind whether inside or outside are provided in the establishment. A sign is to be permanently posted and maintained. 2) Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. 3) Storage and office areas within the basement are to be used in conjunction with the retail limited food on the main floor. No other uses in the basement is permitted. 4) Installation of lighting within the space is to comply as per Bulletin 20017-002-BU/EL. Selected Energy Upgrade: L3 - Lighting - Meet the interior lighting power allowance by the Space by Space Method, of the suite (per 9.6 of ASHRAE 90.1 - 2010).
