Note: The two (2) rear sunken patios shall be open to sky (and no cover permitted over the (2) two sunken patios) in accordance with the Board of Variance's decision on September 20th 2017. Schedule B Structural letter from P.Eng. Peter Yee 604-255-3868 Note: Energy Upgrades not required for this scope of work to the rear deck exterior work only.
