Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to add a second storey addition (145 SF), covered deck, and convert existing carport to a garage to this existing 2-storey, one-family dwelling with two parking spaces provided in attached garage with access from front. Related to CF-2017-010605. Scope of work to include energy and building upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law and as required by the District Building Inspector. This includes air sealing to minimum of 7 ACH, and as required by Energy Upgrade Report. Energuide was not able to be provided prior to building permit submission as the building envelope was compromised at the time of the Energy Evaluation. Energy evaluation is to be completed at earliest opportunity and report must be presented to the inspector upon final inspection.
