Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 12th floor - common corridors and washrooms Interior alterations to provide improvements to the 12th floor of this existing commercial building by updating the washrooms and corridor finishes including replacing some suite entry doors. Scope of work: remove and replace finishes and fixtures in the common corridor, demolish/construct toilet partitions, new finishes and fixtures in common washrooms, rcp and electrical work. REVISION #1 - Revised plans to show the following: -Correct site/key plan showing two units ,#1250 and #1260. Should be one unit only, #1250 (units were consolidated under BU460095). *1260 was deleted when units were consolidated and should NOT be on the plans or posted on the building. - Change suite entry doors type/info to units #1200, #1220, #1250, #1280, #1290. - No change to project value. March 29/19 mk REVISION #2 - Existing door to remain and to correct type 'B' suite entry door under details. No change in value. ASHRAE review not required./Jan.2/20 jm OK for field review per L. Clarke Aug 3, 2018 No energy upgrade required. BOMA BESt building. Related to Special Sprinkler Permit No. IA-2018-01150
