Field Review - Addition / Alteration - To provide interior and exterior demolition to the east portion of the exisiting Arbutus Mall at 4255 Arbutus ST. The basement of the mall will remain as is. Note: All trees in proximity to the work, including the parking lot trees and trees in planters are to be retained for this permit. Trees at the north and east edge are retained. In accordnace with tree retention, the contractor is reponsible for constructing tree protection barriers according to COV guidelines in advance of any work near to trees. Any necessary tree removals will require an application submitted to the City in advance (contact Lee Beaulieu).
