The issuance of this permit is subject to the Archaeological Chance Find Management Procedure (CFMP) for the development of 1270 West 75th Ave and 1289 West 76th Ave, Vancouver (2025) developed by the Musqueam Archaeology Department. All relevant crews conducting ground disturbance activities must have taken the Musqueam Archaeology Department project-specific CFMP training prior-to construction and subsequent management recommendations resulting from ongoing field results during construction must be followed.
