Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to this existing Single Detached House with a Secondary Suite Scope of work includes: 1) Remove stairs between existing secondary suite and main dwelling. 2) Add additional powder room to the existing legal secondary suite. 3) Reconfigure and replace existing secondary suite kitchen. 4) Renovate existing secondary suite bathroom. 5) Make good fire separation between suite and existing furnace room. 6) Close off all existing air ducts to secondary suite and provide electrical baseboard heating to secondary suite. 7) Combine two closets in the secondary suite master bedroom. 8) Add an additional layer of gypsum to the ceiling of secondary suite. 9) Install smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. 10) Re & Re plumbing as required. 11) Re & Re electrical work as required.
