Architectural Schedule A & B submitted by RA Alireza Danesh, 778.317.4318 Energy Upgrade: L2 - Appliances - Upgrade to an Energuide/Energy Star appliance (fridge; dishwasher) 2.\tF2 = Upgrade Alarm and Detectors (which we are doing anyway) and Exit signs 3.\tS2 = Upgrade Non-Structural elements such as the wall in unit 10 under the supervision and guidance of structural engineer. 4.\tN3 = No need to do anything unless you asked us to do something. Building already has two exits (Entrance Lobby & Basement exits) and 4 escape ladders from upper floor. 5.\tA3 = Change unit entry and interior doors hardware to be accessible ones. Instead of rolling round ones, use handles. 6.\tE4 = Use motion sensors in Unit entrances and corridors among with fixed lighting so the user can choose between permanent lights on or having the option to use motion detector to switch off the lights in corridor and entrance area to save energy.
