Bar sink in basement rec room 2. Energuide was not able to be provided prior to building permit submission as the building envelope was compromised at the time of the Energy Evaluation. Energy evaluation is to be completed at earliest opportunity and report must be presented to the inspector upon final inspection. 3. A/C unit in rear yard adjacent to rear landing.
