Address assigned per approved plans. Fire and Emergency street access (walkway) to the secondary suite is from the west side. Street access must be provided and maintained at all times and the building addresses posted to be visible from the street in accordance with the Building By-law. 2. Related to SU-2018-00365 3. Prior to final inspection applicant to provide completed Energuide Elevation report to the satisfaction of the District Building Inspector. Minimum ACH of 5.5 required as per Energy Upgrade Report.
