Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 3478 Sawmill Crescent - This permit has been issued for sprinkler system alterations (add, relocate and remove) to the 2014 VBBL and NFPA 13, 2013 for the tenant improvements to provide interior alterations for a first tenant improvement and a change of use from Retail Shell to Health Care Office on the ground floor of this existing mixed-use building on this site. Scope of work: construct new partition walls, glazing, doors, finishes, lighting, ceiling work, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and sprinkler.
