Scope of work includes the removal of the existing exterior stairs from the existing attached garage/sundeck. Note: Structural Schedule B to be determined on site by the district building inspector. Addressing notes: 4608 W 15th Av - 1st storey front & 2nd storey - principal dwelling unit 4610 W 15th Av - 1st storey rear - secondary suite Address assigned per the approved plans, Fire and Emergency street access (walkway) to the secondary suite is from the west side. Building envelope air sealing. - Increase in project value at discretion of District Building Inspector will require upgrading of attic insulation as per Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 VBBL.
