Jung to relax minimum lock-off size. Measured from inside of all outer walls, lock-off unit size is 262 sq. ft. Addressing Note: 531 East 11th Avenue - Basement (Lock-Off Unit - Rear) 533 East 11th Avenue - 1st & 2nd storeys (Rear Dwelling Unit) 535 East 11th Avenue - Basement, 1st & 2nd storeys (Front Dwelling Unit) Address has been assigned per the approved plans as the access to the lock-off unit is via west side walkway.
