New ramps at the wall openings are required to meet slab height difference. 2. Install two washrooms, one unisex and one accessible washroom with shower. 3. F1, S2, N1, A2, E2 upgrades shall be provided. - This permit has been reviewed under the 2014 Vancouver Building Bylaw (#10908). Revision 1 - (issued Sept. 24, 2019) 1. Change of CRP and Architect. 2. Addition of Smoothie Bar at west side of storefront and associated changes with plumbing. Project Value increased by $20,000, from $75,000 to $95,000.
