Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Penthouse Unit # 401 Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements to this existing dwelling unit (penthouse suite) for this existing multiple dwelling building on this site. Scope of work includes: demolish interior partition walls, construct new interior walls, millwork, flooring, electrical, gas, and plumbing work. Added scope as per Revision #1 - February 28, 2019 1) Updated drawings to include exterior alterations to the south elevation of #401 on the 4th Floor to remove two existing sliding glass doors at 8'11" in width and replace with new sliding glass doors at 8'0" in width and to remove one sliding glass door and replace with french doors on the north elevation at this existing multiple dwelling building on this site. 2) Provided Energy Checklist and Building Compliance Document 3) Related to DP-2019-00051 4) Added new drawings to the BP set to show exterior elevations.
