High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior & exterior alteration to provide tenant improvements for a new wholesale class A tenant at this existing industrial building on this site. Proposed use for storage and rental of movie equipment, does not include retail in this permit. Scope of work includes: Interior alterations: 1. Remove existing walls in office (all 3 storeys) and warehouse area. 2. Construction of interior partition walls for office and storage. 3. Installation of washrooms and lunch/coffee room on each storey. Exterior alterations: 1. Replace front entry door on 3rd storey and exterior stairs on south elevation. 2. Addition of exit door and exterior ramp on south elevation. 3. Replace overhead loading bay doors and exterior stairs on north elevation. 4. Addition of exterior ramp at north elevation. 5. Replace overhead door with double leaf man door on west elevation. Tenant: SIM International Proposed Occupant Load = 50 OK for BP as per Nathaly Bahr on Apr 23, 2018. Notes: - This work is considered Minor Renovation as per Part 11. F1, S2, N1, A2, E2 upgrades shall be provided. E2: Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate space control systems. - This permit has been reviewed under the 2014 Vancouver Building Bylaw (#10908).
