Paid by Journal Entry # April 23 2004 received letter from Franco Lora Supervisor of Cultural Assets the stairs from upper ground level to lower ground level will not be installed and a proper ramp will be installed at a latter date and permit will be taken out for this . This ramp is dependant on 2004 budget approval and will be constructed once approval has been granted. The use of this fascility will not be permitted until such ramp is constructed all work is now substantially complete VC
