Low Density Housing - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations and change of use of this existing one-storey, one-family dwelling to a one-family dwelling with a secondary suite, with 1 off-street parking spaces provided in the attached garage, having vehicular access off the West lane. Scope of work includes legalize existing WWOP suite with new kitchen and bath, convert carport to attached garage, construct new rear sunken patio access, remove deck roof cover. Scope of work to satisfy CF-2017-001395 and to include building upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.2 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law and/or as required by the District Building Inspector.
