Certified Professional Program - New Building - To develop a 7-storey multiple dwelling high-rise building with 89 secured market rental units, consisting of: 1st & 2nd storeys - 2-level THs and parking garage ( P1 &P2) at the back, 3rd to 7th storeys - single level dwelling units, all over one level of parking garage designed fully underground (P3). The underground parking ( P3) , 1st and 2nd storey are of non-combustible construction. The 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th storey are of combustible construction. Note: Interior accessible routes in this building are designed to CSA B651 4.3 & 5.1 NOTE: The accepted AL-2022-00059 addresses the following conditions: 1. To construct in conformance with 3.2.2.50 a building with height more than 18m. measured between the floor of the first storey and the uppermost floor level. 2. To construct a 7 storey building with combustible construction (max. 6 storeys permitted under 3.2.2.50) 3. Separation of above and below grade exit stairs ( Article 3.2.6.2.).
