Scope of work includes removal of existing Class 1 hood, removal of surplus washrooms, and changes to seating layout. Notes: 1. Class 5 Cooking Operations (No Hood) 2. Appliances are less than or equal to 6 kW (Cooking procedures producing significant grease laden vapours, or significant heat or steam are not permitted). 3. Applicant requested the existing hood be capped providing they submit a comfort letter stating no grease laden vapours and it will remain as a K-3. 4. Zoning Ok as long as there no exterior changes and no floor area change. 5. Maximum allowable occupant load: 60 6. Any increase to occupant load (interior or exterior seating) shall require further review of the VBBL and may require additional washrooms. Revision #1: Change power and lighting schedule and mechanical equipment schedule.
