Scope includes replace existing attached garage and roof deck, structural and roof repair to house. Interior has been gutted; 1st Storey framed walls will be upgraded to R-22 effective; 2nd storey walls re/re with R-14 batt as per Energy Upgrade Proposal. **Ground Floor only required to be sprinklered to NFPA 13D as required by previous building permit BU463590, including entry and utility rooms** Scope of work will include energy and building upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law and as required by the District Building Inspector.
