Scope of work to include: To install new gas lines into the house from the new Fortis gas meter. One line to go into unit at #1887 to supply the new fireplace, stove and, hot water heater. Existing fireplace to be converted from wood burning to gas, reusing the existing venting. 2 additional lines will run into the common storage area and be caped for the remaining tenants to hook up in the future. The last line will be capped in the wall space between the two firewalls on units #1887 & #1881 near the fireplace, this will be intended for future use by tenant in #1881. OK For Field Review as per A.Campbell & M. McDiarmid - Nov.21.2018 DBI to confirm on site during construction if additional details need to be supplied for fire penetration. Selected Energy Upgrade: L2 - SWH - Install efficient gas water heater (energy factor (EF) of 0.80 or higher)
