Construct shed dormer on south west side of existing accessory structure which contains parking on ground floor and washroom and studio on 2nd floor. Change use of existing accessory structure to childrens' playroom with washroom on ground floor and studio and washroom on 2nd floor. Also remove portion of existng 2nd floor in existing accessory structure to create cathedral ceiling and reduce studio area. Also rebuild front wall of accessory structure on east side. See Committee of Adjustments decision dated December 16th, 2005 approved on condition that accessory structure not to be used as a dwelling unit.
