Interior demolition complete prior to permit issuance; asbestos clearance letter submitted by Anytime Demolition 2. Address assigned per approved plans. Fire and Emergency street access (walkway) to the secondary suite is from Ross St. Street access must be provided and maintained at all times and the building addresses to be visible from the street in accordance with the Building By-law.
