Demolish existing two-storey fourplex dwelling and its accessory existing detached garage at the rear yard. Keep in place the Existing Concrete Foundation Walls at the perimeters of the existing basement floor (foundation wall above ground will be demolished), break the existing concrete slab on grade (to allow the rain water to drain/pass through the earth) and fill the basement level with the brick and block from the demolition. NOTE: Desriciption of the proposed scope of work is revised as confirmed with the applicant at February 20, 2006. ZA.
