Scope of work to include a new fire alarm. Note: 1) Okay to construct interior partition wall in front of 2 of 3 loading bay doors. The loading bay doors to remain and must be visible from the exterior of the building. 2) When/if Titmouse Inc. vacates this building the partition walls constructed to block the openings of 2 of 3 loading bays are to be removed from the interior of the building and loading/parking is to be restored as required per the Parking By-law.
