Scope of work includes interior structural work, renovate and move main floor kitchen, new bathroom on 2nd floor, relocate walls in basement and remove un-permitted basement suite and kitchen. Legalize rear deck constructed without permit. Scope of work to include energy and building upgrades in accordance with Article 11.2.1.4 of the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law and as required by the District Building Inspector. This includes air sealing, attic insulation upgrades, and as required by the Energy Upgrade Proposal. DWELLING TO BE SPRINKLERED TO NFPA 13D. Additional sprinkler protection to be provided at immediate interior of existing windows on East and West elevations as per M Lam, March 7/18, in lieu of replacing existing windows. Neighbour letters of support received for rear deck 2. Prior to final inspection applicant to provide completed Energuide Elevation report to the satisfaction of the District Building Inspector. Minimum ACH of 9.0 required as per Energy Upgrade Report. 3. Existing wood cladding and windows will remain with additional sprinklering provided.
