Existing dwelling is Sprinklered to NFPA 13R. Sprinklers to be extended to addition. Existing sprinklers in dwelling to be reviewed for minor layout changes in basement. 2. Change of use from one family dwelling to Community Care Facility Class A permitted under BU456185 and IA409976. Occupancy permit is required to confirm change of use prior to completion of this permit. A business license is required to operate as a Community Care Facility (Class A). 3. New addition is to meet 2014 VBBL requirements.
