Description

High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Original application submitted under BU462110. To add an approximately 309 square feet of an addition to an existing four-storey, three-family multiple conversion dwelling building, and to add 204 sq.ft. to the existing accessory building (garage) and an adjacent parking pad at the rear, providing four parking spaces, having vehicular access from the lane. Scope of work includes the installation of a storm water retention system. Note: No changes are proposed to the existing basement,second and attic floor plans. Minor changes to the main floor associated with the integration of the garden room to the main floor level. Note: This project is classified as a minor horizontal addition and minor renovation with corresponding level of upgrade F2, S2 and A2 under the VBBL 2007. Under the BU432456 this building was partially sprinklered on the lower-most storey to NFPA 13R standard voluntarily. The remainder of the building was upgraded to the level of F2, S2, and A2 level in accordance with letter dated May 17, 2005 to P.Toneguzzo. Additional sprinkler coverage on the attic and upper levels as a voluntary upgrade was provided under Sprinkler Permit SP434597. This Permit has been reviewed under the 2007 Vancouver Building By-law(#9419).
