Palmer, 604.687.2511 Mechanical & Plumbing Schedule B, Stephen Kooiman, 604.298.4858 Electrical Schedule B, Duane Mattson, 604.298.4858 Note: 1) Energy trigger chosen; L2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Automatic Lighting Shutoff (per 9.4.1.1 of ASHRAE 90.1 - 2010) 2) Class-5 Cooking Operations (No Hood): Appliances are less than or equal to 6 kW. Cooking procedures producing significant grease laden vapors, or significant heat or steam are not permitted. Where complaints are received by the Health Department such as mould from too much moisture, over-heating in the work environment, objectionable odours, or build up of grease or smoke residue, the owner or manager is responsible to make the required corrections, such as a menu change or applying for a building permit to comply with the appropriate Class of Cooking Operation. 3) Separate Sign Permit may be required. **************************** Heritage Alteration Permit 1) Installation of three exterior exhaust vent units on the Davie Street Elevation. The alterations authorized by the Combined Development and Building Permit Number DB-2018-02863, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit.
