This Permit is for a limited period of time expiring one year after the date of issuance of this Permit as acknowledged in an October 11, 2018 letter signed by Caroline Hong, COO of Landa Global Properties. NOTE: ASHRAE Checklist not required for this temporary use of the existing building which will eventually be demolished, per Greg McCall (Barrie Smith, Oct. 11, 2018) Okay for exterior alterations & to relax store frontage per G. Jiang Okay for the installation of 5 mechanical units at the rear of this building per B. Ostrander provided that the mechanical units comply with the Noise Control By-law. REVISION #1 (Feb. 11/19, B. Smith) Changes to ground floor: 1. Retain existing mechanical room near elevator, in lieu of originally proposed use as part of a staff kitchen. 2. (Near mechanical room) Create a new staff kitchen w/new counter against the rear exterior wall.
