REVISION to hvac layout throughout the dwelling. The HVAC system is now going to have two(2) furnaces. HVAC - Proposal to demolish a rear two(2) storey addition and a rear deck and construct a new one(1) storey addition and a new deck at rear. The interior of the dwelling is to receive a major interior renovation on all floors. The basement stairs leading to the first floor are to be relocated and the existing area in the basement is to be filled in. The first floor interior alterations include the demolition of partition walls, relocation of the kitchen and the addition at the rear plus other interior alterations. The second and third floor washrooms are to be renovated coupled with further interior alterations on both the 2nd and third floor. Please see C of A file no. 08 211897.
