The construction is to include a new bay window at the front, new concrete steps leading into unit 1 located at the ground floor, a new window will be added to the basement, basement underpinning, a new basement walkout will be provided for unit 2. Also, interior alterations to all the floors and the sunroom at the front to be removed. Unit 1 will be on the ground floor and the second floor and unit 2 will be in the basement.
