   Scope of work: "new house" as most of the house walls and foundations are substantially demolished. Previously was applied as a revision to original permit which was an addition to an existing house which is due to the site conditions is substantially demolished and DEM permit has been issued. (Applicant has applied this as a revision: Revision to bay window at front, rear addition length, and new flat roof for single family detached dwelling).

   New scope of work: "substantially demolished" upon the collapse of some existing walls and foundations. Scope of work as it was applied: A two storey addition at the rear and interior alterations on the ground and second floors to remove walls and change layout. There is also an existing bay window at the front of the single family detached dwelling that is to be rebuilt. There will be a new window opening at the second floor at the front of the dwelling as well. The rear addition will have a set of concrete steps leading out to the rear of the property and the interior alterations are to include the widening of the stairways.
