Plumbing - This is for a new two storey addition at the rear and interior alterations on the ground and second floors to remove walls and change layout. There is also an existing bay window at the front of the single family detached dwelling that is to be rebuilt. There will be a new window opening at the second floor at the front of the dwelling as well. The rear addition will have a set of concrete steps leading out to the rear of the property and the interior alterations are to include the widening of the stairways.
